The house

The apartment accommodates four guests. A hallway leads to a light-filled living area with mid-century furniture, artwork, a library and a TV. The private balcony has outdoor dining furniture and north-facing views over Fitzroy and Collingwood’s rooftops, without a CBD skyline outlook.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, pantry basics, Nespresso machine and French press. The indoor dining table seats six.

Each bedroom has a queen bed, linens and ample storage. One bedroom includes a dedicated workspace. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A private laundry includes a washer, sink and drying rack. A hair dryer and iron are also available.

Split-system air conditioning and heating serve the living area; each bedroom has a panel heater and pedestal fan. Wi-Fi is available. The building has lift access, but guests must also climb stairs.

The nearest tram stop, local shops and Brunswick Street dining are a three-minute walk away. Melbourne Museum and the Royal Exhibition Building are within walking reach, and a nearby tram provides access to the CBD. There is no on-site parking; street parking has time restrictions.
