The villa has an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen on the pool-access level, with air conditioning, a television, dining table and ceramic hob. The kitchen also includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, citrus juicer, crockery and tea towels. A shower bathroom is on this level.
Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with one double bed and access to a terrace, plus a second shower bathroom. A high chair can be provided. Towels, a dryer, iron and ironing board are available.
Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 6 × 4 metres and is 1–1.5 metres deep. There are sun loungers, a garden, terrace and furnished porch for outdoor dining. The property boundary is fenced, and there are neighbouring properties.
Cala Llombards Beach is 0.750 km away and a short walk from the house. A grocery store and bar are in the area, with more services in nearby Santanyí. Cala Santanyí and Cala Mondragó are other coves in the surrounding area. Exterior parking accommodates one car. Wi-Fi is available.
