The apartment occupies the first floor of a Rolli Palace, part of the UNESCO-listed buildings dating from the 16th–17th centuries. It accommodates up to five guests, and its three bedrooms are adjoining.

The living room has two sofas, an armchair, a table, a television and a desk. The large, bright kitchen has a dining table, microwave, dishwasher, oven, kettle, espresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer. A washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi and hairdryer are also available.
