House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Pets are allowed subject to a pet contract. Alcohol is allowed. Music is permitted within limits and during specified hours; guests must respect neighbours and keep noise within the villa. Extra guests are permitted in each bedroom as stated in the room details. Meals are available at additional charges. Toll charges may apply and vary with the authorities and vehicle type; carry sufficient cash for tolls.
Getting there
The cottage is set by the edge of Bhimtal Lake and is located minutes from Naukuchiatal. It has uninterrupted lake views and private lawns.
