House rules
Maximum occupancy is six. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Additional guests and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities, rotating groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $75.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest’s expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates, at the owner’s discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the original reservation total is issued after full payment for the replacement booking is collected. If no new reservation is made, guests may use the original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection; coverage details are in the booking agreement. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.
Getting there
Nearby beaches include Flying Point Beach, W. Scott Cameron Beach and Ocean Road Beach. The property is not handicap accessible. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at staymarquis.com.
