The house

Boasting an abundance of natural light from a balcony that overlooks a picturesque 19th century garden square, the open-plan living room and dining area is a graceful and generous space for socialising and relaxation. Subtly separated from the main living space by a convivial passé-plat, soft neutral hues and elegant accent lighting imbue the modern kitchen with warmth and cheer, a mood only enhanced by stirring views across the gardens from the window.

Gentle pastel hues expertly complement the lacquered wood wall in the contemporary master suite, replete with a smart en-suite bathroom that hosts a double walk-in shower. Soothing off-white tones usher in an instant sense of tranquillity in the second bedroom, equipped with a double bed and striking reclaimed drawers. Effortlessly reposeful with its congenial home office area and discerning wall art, the reading room offers a double sofa bed, and bookshelf.

Bright and harmonious in its tasteful shades of taupe, the spacious family bathroom offers a bath and built-in shower. However, it’s that serene balcony that will truly enliven your stay here; a little haven of calm with a seating area that boasts unobstructed views across the communal gardens below.
