The apartment has an open-plan living and dining area and a modern kitchen separated by a serving hatch, with views over the gardens. The balcony has seating and unobstructed views across the communal garden square, dating from the 1860s.

The master suite has an en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower. A separate family bathroom has a bath and built-in shower. The reading room has a home office area and bookshelves. All bedrooms have ceiling fans; a portable air-conditioning unit is available on demand.

Facilities include an elevator, central heating, TV and Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
