Mattress protectors, doonas, pillows and hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup are provided. The light-filled living area has a two-seat sofa, television, coffee table, rug and timber-look vinyl flooring. The kitchen includes an electric stovetop and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware and cooking utensils. The dining table seats four. The bathroom has a separate bathtub, glass-screened shower and vanity storage. A separate private laundry has a front-loading washing machine and dryer. A rear sliding door opens to a private garden with outdoor furniture, lawn and established greenery.
