Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR applies. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
