House rules
Maximum occupancy is 11 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for more information. Reservations exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
Getting there
The home is within walking distance of skiing and town, near Main Street in downtown Telluride. Parking is limited to one car. Bedrooms and the additional sleeping area are on the upper and lower levels.
