Before you book
House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. In-person check-in with ID is required; communicate your planned arrival time at least one hour before arrival. Check-ins after 8 pm are not accepted. The advertised occupancy includes two additional guests beyond bed count; trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided on request. Dogs require a fee per pet, and unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Glass on the pool deck and off-leash pets may incur fines. Contact the operator about booking the 33rd-floor clubhouse for an event. Bookings over 28 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The home is in a busy area and may be noisy at times. Lady Bird Lake and 6th Street are nearby. Street parking is a couple of blocks away. Photos may not accurately reflect the room's appearance, styling or views.
