## About the house

The third-floor apartment has three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, bedside tables and lamps. The open-plan living and dining area includes a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table with six chairs. Large windows bring in natural light, and the interiors have wooden floors and decor in soft greens and earth tones.

A balcony offers city views; its railing shows some wear. There are two complete bathrooms with hairdryers. The bathroom inventory includes a toilet and bathtub in Bathroom 1, and a toilet, shower and bathtub in Bathroom 2. Heating, Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace are available. Toiletries, towels and bed linen are included, with starter quantities of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag for the first days.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, reached by stairs with no elevator. Local shops, a pharmacy, bank, butcher, cafes, restaurants and larger shopping facilities are nearby. The Port Wine Cellars are a 15-minute walk away, with views over the Douro River and Ribeira along the way. Porto's centre and historic area are five minutes away by metro. Gaia Cable Car is 2 km away, Arrábida Shopping is 5 km away and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 14 km away.
