House rules
Minimum rental period: one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, a surcharge of 80€ applies to cover extra domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in cases of non-responsible use. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor; the building has a lift.
