The house

Fustic House is an 18th-century coral stone estate set on an 11-acre property in the north of Barbados and designed by Oliver Messel. Indoor and outdoor spaces connect across more than 13,000 square feet, with lush gardens, a lotus-filled lake and a natural lagoon-shaped pool with ionised water. Six bedrooms are arranged across four wings. The estate includes air-conditioned bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a writing desk, home theatre, cable TV, fitness room, game room, ping pong table, children's play area, croquet, boules, gazebo, terrace and garden.

Watersports are available by request. Staff include a chef, butler, estate manager, housekeepers including a laundress, kitchen assistant, gardeners and 24-hour security. The owner's beachfront day house is available from March 30, 2027, a five-minute walk from the villa. An assistant butler is required for parties of 10 or more at an additional cost.
