Fustic House is an 18th-century coral stone estate set on an 11-acre property in the north of Barbados and designed by Oliver Messel. Indoor and outdoor spaces connect across more than 13,000 square feet, with lush gardens, a lotus-filled lake and a natural lagoon-shaped pool with ionised water. Six bedrooms are arranged across four wings. The estate includes air-conditioned bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a writing desk, home theatre, cable TV, fitness room, game room, ping pong table, children's play area, croquet, boules, gazebo, terrace and garden. Watersports are available by request. Staff include a chef, butler, estate manager, housekeepers including a laundress, kitchen assistant, gardeners and 24-hour security. The owner's beachfront day house is available from March 30, 2027, a five-minute walk from the villa. An assistant butler is required for parties of 10 or more at an additional cost.

The property is on Barbados's west coast. The owner's beachfront day house is available from March 30, 2027, a five-minute walk from the villa. A car is recommended. The property is not ideal for guests with mobility challenges.

Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. An assistant butler is required for parties of 10 or more at an additional cost. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19 to January 9, is always non-refundable.
