All four bedrooms are on the second floor: two have king beds, one has a queen bed and one has a double/full bed. The first three have full ensuite bathrooms; the first bedroom also has a balcony or deck. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom overall. Two primary bedrooms include distinctive bathing facilities: one has a soaking tub, separate shower and private terrace access, while the other has a steam shower. Outdoor facilities include a private heated gunite pool, an expansive yard, a roof deck with outdoor dining and sitting areas, a patio, a balcony and a grill. A short walk along a private path leads directly to the Atlantic Ocean beach. Amagansett Main Street is within walking distance; East Hampton and Montauk are a short drive away.
