House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key collection. During low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Do not use domestic electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is collected as a credit-card pre-authorization. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services include cancellation insurance at 5.5% of the booking; kitchen linen at €2 per booking; a towel set at €7 per booking; linen for a double bed at €15 or a single bed at €12 per booking; final cleaning at €75 per booking; and a bath mat at €3 per booking. Household linen is supplied for the stay without replacement; cleaning during the stay is not provided. The tourist tax is included in the total price.

Grande Plage is 1.5 km away and Tanchet beach is 4.4 km away; the listing does not state an access mode. Two outdoor parking spaces are available at the property. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
