The house accommodates up to 10 guests. Four ground-floor bedrooms have one double bed or queen-size bed each; two additional sleeping spaces upstairs each have a double mattress and bed base on the floor. The living area opens onto the terrace. The open-plan kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There are two shower bathrooms, one with a toilet, plus a separate toilet. A washing machine is in the garage. The terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue; the enclosed garden is described as secure for children. The house has no Wi-Fi.
