- Kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. A second refrigerator is under the stairs on Level 1.

Pool
Private poolPrivate outdoor pool measuring 14 by 30 feet. Scheduled opening dates are April 25–October 10, 2026 and April 24–October 8, 2027. For 2027, an optional extension allows opening April 17 and closing October 15 for $100 plus tax per week. Pets are not permitted in the pool or hot tub.
