House rules
Maximum occupancy is 16. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Reservations require final homeowner approval and completion of electronic Terms and Conditions. A credit card preauthorization of $4,900.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Up to two dogs may be allowed only with final approval; notify InvitedHome when booking and submit animal details by text or email. Pet cleaning costs $150 per animal and pet rental costs $50/night per animal; these fees are added after approval and are non-refundable. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local team address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of at least 30 nights are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in or late checkout requires text-message authorization from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
The Frostwood Gondola is steps away. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Parking is limited to three cars. Upper-level suites are reached by a staircase from the great room.
