House rules
The renter must be at least 25 years old. Pets and smoking anywhere on the premises are prohibited. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Pool use is limited to four people per home at one time; guests aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. One pool fob is included, with a $100 fee for a lost or stolen fob.
Getting there
Downtown Bethany Beach is five miles away. Garage parking is unavailable, although guests may use the amenities inside the garage. The two-story home offers advertised step-free access.
