The townhome has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has a double bed and two twin beds.

The naturally lit living area has coastal decor, a sofa and a large smart TV. Streaming requires guests' own accounts; cable TV is unavailable. The full kitchen includes a large island, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave and stove. An adjacent dining table provides space for meals and board games.
