Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium. Visitors must be reported in advance and authorized, and unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Guests must follow condominium rules, must not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and must not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for every guest are requested after confirmation. Additional cleaning can be requested for the cleaning-fee amount; included cleaning is performed only at checkout. The property is in a residential condominium where occasional noise from construction or maintenance may occur during legally permitted hours.

The property has direct sea views and is described as beachfront. Two garage spaces are available, but the narrow entrance makes maneuvering pickup trucks and SUVs difficult.
