## About the house

The apartment accommodates four guests on the second floor of a building without an elevator. A small entrance atrium leads to a living room with a table, chairs, sofas and an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven and kettle. Additional kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, fridge and freezer.

Both bedrooms have one queen-size bed. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a toilet and shower stall. A second bathroom beside the entrance has a shower stall, sanitary ware and a washing machine. Wi-Fi, a television, iron and hairdryer are available.

The building is undergoing renovations, which may cause daytime noise. Genoa airport is about an hour's drive away. Paraggi is an accessible beach in the surrounding area, and San Fruttuoso can be reached by a short boat ride.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Check-out is by 10:00; late arrival and departure are available on request and subject to availability.
