This single-story, 1,850-square-foot house has three king bedrooms, each with a wall-mounted TV, plus a sleeper sofa of unspecified size; the maximum occupancy remains six. The primary bedroom opens to a private patio with a two-seat bistro table and has an ensuite walk-in shower.
