Frankie has an unfenced garden and backyard. The first level contains the children's bedroom, laundry with washing machine, and a bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms, a second bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opening onto an undercover deck. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, gas cooktop and electric oven. The dining table extends from six to ten seats.
The lounge has a TV, Wii, two long couches, an armchair, wood fire, heater and air conditioning. The deck has a BBQ and outdoor table. Board games are available. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.
