# Frankie – A wonderful place to escape the city

## About the house

Frankie has an unfenced garden and backyard. The first level contains the children's bedroom, laundry with washing machine, and a bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms, a second bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opening onto an undercover deck. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, gas cooktop and electric oven. The dining table extends from six to ten seats. The lounge has a TV, Wii, two long couches, an armchair, wood fire, heater and air conditioning. The deck has a BBQ and outdoor table. Board games are available. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.

Skenes Creek main beach is a 5–10 minute walk downhill or a two-minute drive away. Apollo Bay is a ten-minute drive away, or a long walk along the beach at low tide. The home spans two levels and has an unfenced garden and backyard.

Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Cats are not permitted. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Fixed arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to booking terms.
