House rules
No smoking. Groups of young people up to 21 years are not accepted. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:45 every day and check-out is before 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is held by credit card and is payable on arrival. Final cleaning costs €50 per booking. A cot/crib costs €15 per booking. Express self check-in and arrival outside office hours are included.
Getting there
The bus stop is a short walk from the property and connects with the major ski lifts, Kirchberg and Kitzbühel. The Fleckalmbahn ski slope is 3 km away, Kirchberg town centre is 1.3 km away, and hiking and biking trails are nearby.
