The house

The freshly renovated apartment is on the first floor above a well-maintained farmhouse, just over 1 km from the centre of Kirchberg. It has two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed for the fifth and sixth guests. There are two bathrooms with rainforest showers; one has a wash basin, WC and floor heating, while the other has a wash basin and floor heating. A separate WC is also provided.

The apartment includes a spacious living room with Smart TV, a large sofa and dining area, an open-plan kitchen with a four-burner cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher and cooking utensils, and an enclosed balcony with an outdoor dining table and views over Kirchberg and the surrounding mountains. Wi-Fi, two outdoor parking spaces, a ski-storage room and boot-drying facility are provided. The bus stop is 80 m away, with connections to the Fleckalm and Maierl gondolas.

Hiking and biking trails begin outside the property.
