The house

The apartment combines a red-brick warehouse exterior, polished timber floors, high ceilings and original details with contemporary furnishings. The elevated living area has exposed brick, natural light, split-system air conditioning and heating, and a wall-mounted radiator.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area includes a stone island, gas stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and French press. The dining table seats eight.

The primary and second bedrooms each have a queen bed; the rear third bedroom has a double bed. The primary bedroom is upstairs, reached by an internal staircase, while the second bedroom is near the entry. The main bathroom has a full-sized soaking tub and separate shower. Both bathrooms have towels and toiletries.

The private courtyard has seating and leafy surrounds. Laundry facilities include a washer, drying rack, iron and hangers. Wi-Fi, TV and a hair dryer are available.

Smith Street’s cafés, wine bars and restaurants are a short walk away. A tram stop is three minutes away and connects to the CBD and beyond. Keys are collected at a convenience store a five-minute walk from the apartment; out-of-hours arrangements require advance notice and an additional fee of 100 AUD.
