The lodge has a bright open-plan living area with lounge seating, neutral décor and a modern kitchen with a large island. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom provide three beds, with two bathrooms for guests sharing the lodge. Bed linen, clothing storage, cookware and a bathtub are provided.
A private terrace offers garden views, outdoor dining space and a hot tub. Guests also have access to the park's JJ's Bar & Grill, takeaway pizza shack, nine-hole golf course, driving range and children's play park. The park also has a golf shop, solarium and walking paths through its grounds.
The park is just off the A1079, around two miles from Pocklington and approximately a half-hour drive from York city centre. Access from further afield is via the A1(M) and A64. York Railway Station has services from London, Leeds and Manchester; local buses connect York and Pocklington, with a short taxi ride from Pocklington to the park. Nearby outings include walking and cycling at Allerthorpe Common Nature Reserve and visits to York.
