House rules
No smoking. Sunday check-in and checkout. Up to two dogs weighing no more than 30 lbs each are allowed; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must not enter pools or hot tubs. A pet-policy violation may result in termination of tenancy. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
Getting there
The home is adjacent to the community sidewalk and directly across from beach access. The named access is Four Seasons South Access. Parking is limited to seven vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
