No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. No pets or smoking. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Stays are for private residential use unless otherwise agreed, and only the guests recorded on the booking may be accommodated. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Linen is not provided; bring your own or arrange hire. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
The apartment is on the top level of Four Kings Apartments, right on Anglesea Surf Beach, with coffee shops below. Parking is limited to one car space.
