House rules

Maximum occupancy is nine people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs require final approval from InvitedHome, with details submitted by text or email; disclose pets, emotional support animals and service animals when booking. Approved pet fees are non-refundable: $150 cleaning per animal and $50 per night per animal. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office is available upon request for $50 per package or $75 for larger items. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due at booking and the balance 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, amounts paid are non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Stays exceeding eight days require a paid In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team; stays greater than 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged separately. A credit card must be on file for arrival access instructions. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability.

Getting there

The home is close to the gondola at Mountain Village core and has walk-to-ski and walk-to-town access, plus ski shuttle service. Parking at the property is limited to one car; additional paid valet parking at The Peaks is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
