The house

Fountain District Townhouse accommodates four guests. The open-concept living area has a sectional sofa, a gas fireplace and large windows, with an adjacent dining table seating four and a dedicated desk nook. The private patio has cushioned seating in a leafy setting.

The full-size kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, cookware and dishware, plus drip and Keurig coffee makers. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and ice machine. An in-home washer and dryer are provided.

Both bedrooms have a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom and a ceiling fan; the primary bedroom also has a Smart TV. The home has heating but no air conditioning. Wi-Fi is advertised as fast. Linens, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are provided.

Shops, markets and live music are steps away. The Farmer’s Market, Commercial Street Night Market and Downtown Sounds concert series can be explored on foot, along with cafés, breweries and boutiques. A car is recommended. Self check-in and check-out are available. Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome, and extended stays are allowed. Stays longer than 10 days require a mid-stay clean at additional cost.
