Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED200.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Dubai Mall is connected to the building by an indoor bridge, and the apartment has a direct link to the Metro. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Exclusive beach access is offered.
