The house

The condo has an open-plan great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, mountain views, a curved sectional, two barrel chairs, a television and a steam fireplace. The kitchen includes custom cabinetry, a wine cooler, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and cooking essentials. A four-stool breakfast bar complements a dining table seating eight. An expansive balcony opens from the living area.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with shower and its own spacious balcony. A second bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with shower. The bunk bedroom has a full-over-king bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A laundry room provides a washer and dryer; bed linens, towels and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are supplied.

Shared community amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center with Peloton bikes, golf simulator, ski lockers, on-site café, family lounge with pool and ping-pong tables, and a fire pit. Concierge service is available.

The Mountaineer Express Lift is behind the complex, with ski-back access via Deer Hollow. Downtown Park City's dining, shopping and entertainment are a 10-minute drive away. On-site parking is available.
