## About the house

The fourth-floor apartment is reached by stairs, with no lift. A small entrance corridor leads to a bright living room with a sofa, armchair, glass coffee table and dining table. The separate equipped kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, moka coffee maker, fridge, freezer and cooking accessories.

Both bedrooms have a queen-size double bed. The first has a chest of drawers and a television; the second has a mirrored wardrobe, two bedside tables and vintage-style lamps. There is one bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available.

The apartment is in the historic centre within a ZTL restricted-traffic zone. Using surrounding car parks and exploring on foot is recommended. Rizzoli bus stop is one minute away, with connections to the central train station taking about 10 minutes. The airport is 20 minutes away by car.

The apartment is in a ZTL restricted-traffic zone; leaving your car in a surrounding car park and exploring the historic centre on foot is recommended. Rizzoli bus stop is one minute away; the central train station is about 10 minutes away by bus and the airport is 20 minutes away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
