The house

Forty South Cottage has an open-plan living and dining area with an L-shaped sofa and TV. The fully equipped kitchen has two stools, and the rounded dining area seats four. Outside, an outdoor kitchen, dining and lounging space, and a sun umbrella sit amid the gardens.

Both bedrooms have queen beds; the first also has a reading nook. The bathroom has a corner spa bath with backyard views. Freshly laundered linen and towels are provided.

Facilities include air conditioning, heating, a microwave, laundry with a washing machine and dryer, hair dryer and iron. Complimentary NBN wireless internet, free off-street parking for two cars and bicycles for guest use are available. The cottage has a private entrance, and some property spaces are shared.

A park is a short walk away. Blundstone Arena, the city and Salamanca Market are a short drive away.
