Room categories include Sea View Signature King (sleeps 2, one king bed), Sea View Signature Queen (sleeps 4, two queen beds), Sea View Signature Penthouse (sleeps 2, one king bed), Sea View Premium King (sleeps 2, one king bed), Courtyard Balcony Queen (sleeps 4, two queen beds), Courtyard King (sleeps 2, one king bed), Courtyard Balcony King (sleeps 2, one king bed), and Courtyard Two-Bedroom Penthouse (sleeps 4, two king beds). The two-bedroom penthouse has two ensuite bedrooms, living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Sea View Premium King has no balcony. The Courtyard King category may include rooms with or without windows and has no guaranteed view. A new Sea View Signature Tower is announced for Fall 2026, with a new arrival experience, restaurant, bar and coffee shop, waterfront pool, boutique, and additional meeting space.
