The house

Forever Farm Views accommodates up to eight guests on a private street in Mill Farm Estates, Southampton. The house has an open-concept living room and kitchen, farm views from almost every room, a dining room, a main-level home office and a large upstairs bonus room. A gas-burning fireplace and central air conditioning are provided.

The four bedrooms each have air conditioning: bedrooms 1 and 3 have one king bed each, and bedrooms 2 and 4 have one queen bed each. There are four full bathrooms, each with a shower.

Outdoor facilities include a spacious uncovered deck, porch, gas grill, three lounge chairs and patio furniture with a table, chairs and umbrella. The private outdoor pool is heated. Southampton Village, the ocean and bay beaches are within easy reach.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee supplies, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Wi-Fi, parking, a washer and dryer, heating, hot water, bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The home has a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program.
