What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement and may incur an additional charge.
What is the policy for children under 4?
Children under 4 stay free in the same room as their parents if a separate bed is not required.
What is the cancellation policy for individual bookings?
Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before arrival unless the selected rate states otherwise. Group booking terms are agreed separately.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment is accepted in cash in AMD or by bank card. Bank transfer is possible if agreed in advance.
