Original post-and-beam ceilings and an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area are complemented by designer furnishings and music-industry art. The kitchen has a center island, stainless steel appliances and a gas stove, with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Five flat-screen televisions, body-spray shower systems, heating and cooling, linens and towels are provided. The private outdoor area includes a pool and spa, barbecue with built-in bar, fire pit, covered dining pavilion, chaise lounges and lawn, with west-facing mountain views. A washer and dryer are available.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Pets are not allowed.
