The open-plan living and dining area has a green L-shaped sofa, coffee table and piano, with neighbourhood views and dining space for four. The adjoining dark-green farmhouse-style kitchen is fully equipped, including a cooker, hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and coffee-making equipment.
