The villa is directly on Alleynes Bay with direct access to the beach. The beach's accessibility varies seasonally. Holetown is a 6-minute drive away, Massy Stores Sunset Crest is a 4-minute drive away, and Grantley Adams International Airport is a 40-minute drive away. The property has many different levels and stairs.

Smoking is not permitted throughout the premises. The property is not ideal for young children. Construction on an adjacent lot is expected to commence near April 2026; reduced rates apply during the construction period. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable, and the Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable.
