The house

Built in 2019, this 1,872-square-foot home has air-conditioned living space across two levels, four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Long Sands Beach is three blocks away, with an 800-foot stroll home from the beach and an outdoor shower for rinsing off.

The living room has a sofa and cable TV. Beyond it are a dining room and a full kitchen with full-size appliances, cabinet storage and an island with bar seating. Kitchen equipment includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. A laundry room provides a washer and dryer.

Outdoor spaces include a front porch with rocking chairs, a balcony or patio, outdoor seating, a hammock, a gas grill and a firepit. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, books and board games are available. Heating, ceiling fans and hot water are provided.

Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. The home has a private entrance and self check-in. Parking accommodates three cars, and a car is necessary.
