Self check-in is used. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and visitors must be communicated and identified in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for each guest are requested after booking confirmation. Common-area access may be temporarily restricted by the condominium administration. Check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional daily charge.
