House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic identification before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; requests outside these hours must be arranged in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. A baby cot and highchair are available to hire. Late checkout is available. Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor and is reachable by stairs only. It is between Earl’s Court Underground station (District and Piccadilly lines) and West Brompton Overground station, with convenient access to Heathrow Airport and the M4.
