The minimum age to rent the property is 25. Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. After booking confirmation, guests must complete a pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor with lift access. Access passes through the first courtyard, where façade renovation works are taking place. The apartment overlooks a separate second courtyard, and the works are not visible from the home.
