The naturally lit living area has a teal sofa, decorative design objects and an adjoining dining space with a stucco marble table and turned wooden legs. The kitchen has grey-blue cabinetry and slate countertops, with an electric oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware essentials and a coffee maker rather than a coffee machine.

Both bedrooms have a double bed, natural light and balcony access; the second also has a built-in desk. One bathroom has a vanity and soaking tub with mosaic tiles, while the other has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

One balcony overlooks Parisian rooftops, and the other has a leafy outlook over nearby Canal Saint-Martin. The apartment is on the seventh floor of a building with an elevator, steps from the canal and close to cafés, boutiques and transport links.

Free Wi-Fi, central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels and bed linen are provided. There is no TV.
